TNT Kickboxing Hartamas
Bila aku sampai kelas kickboxing tu, ramai yang terkejut tengok aku...diorang ingatkan aku dah stop for good...ye la lama sangat tak jumpa..membership pon dah expired...so lepas siap renew membership ( aku bayar untuk setahun terus...flexi class...malas nak renew2...), terus aku bersiap untuk warm up...
Training masih seperti biasa...sangat memenatkan...dah la lama berehat...nak angkat kaki pun struggle...diorang masukkan aku balik dalam kelas advance...mencungap aku nak amik nafas...huhu...
Combo 1 (kicking bag): push kick, push kick, knee, side kick, back kick, front kick x 3 (moving forward), jumping front kick, sidekick x4 (moving backward), back kick, roundhouse x 3 ---> 10 set
Combo 2 (thai pad) : push kick, side kick, knee x 4 (moving forward), elbow x 4, roundhouse x 5 (moving backward), push up x 5, sit up x 10 --- > 5 set
Ressttt......
Combo 3 ( punching bag) : jab x 2, cross punch, body punch x 2, hook x 2, elbow x 2 -- > 20 set
Combo 4 ( thai pad ) : push kick, side kick, roundhouse x3, jab cross punch x 10, hook x 10 ---> 10 set
Perghhhhh....reading what ive just wrote is much much easier than doing it physically...
Tapi aku puas bila training macam ni...aku tak minat sangat style running kat treadmill....boring...masing2 ada citarasa masing2...yang penting kita mesti amalkan gaya hidup sihat...
